This law is designed for all children/teenagers/young adults who have trouble coping with school. Often times children/teenagers/young adults will go after a parent's gun and act out erratically.
Gun control is NOT the answer. No parents wants to be told their children/teenagers has a problem. Clearly, children/teenagers are not getting the help they need.
