Focus our national security agencies on preventing data breaches that expose Americans to substantial fraud.

Data breaches are becoming much more frequent in recent years. These breaches expose Americans to significant financial and personal risk. Recently the US governments own Office of Personnel Management exposed the critical data (including social security numbers and home addresses) of over 21 million people. This is an emerging problem that is bound to be one of our nations biggest challenges going forward. This is a call to make combating these attacks a top priority at our national security agencies.
