America is crumbling because her poor is loosing in the battle of the fittest. The fittest in this country happen to be the wealthiest. There are just as many opportunities to create wealth for all Americans by taking a service-oriented/self-empowering approach as there are in trying to control the numbers who get to lift themselves out of poverty. Promoting collective work and social responsibility, teaching to the spirituality of our children, and creating opportunities does not mean destroying capitalism. It means saving America--her families, her children, her communities, and ultimately the systems that are come out of these.
