We are constantly hearing about the debt crisis and financial crisis' in the US. However, any day you read the news we hear about money being given away to foreign countries for the purpose of aid. Are there not tax paying citizens who need help? There are people in this country who go to bed hungry and cold every night. Some work multiple jobs to provide for their families and get no help from the government who they support. Why are the american people constantly left out of the decision making process concerning our tax dollars?
