Follow the 2nd Amendment

Created by D.B. on January 04, 2016

When the Bill of Rights was proposed, there was argument against some of the amendments, including the 2nd amendment. The argument was that since the Constitution did not mention arms, the government already had no right to control arms. Therefore, all federal laws pertaining to guns were deemed unconstitutional by the founders. Also, the Constitution specifically gives Congress the right to make law, not the President. Therefore, executive orders are unconstitutional. Therefore, we petition you not to make executive orders concerning guns. Furthermore, making executive orders will only push more states to nullify those laws. Concentrate on taking weapons from felons.
