Follow the Bill of Rights, Not to trample them.

This petition is to inform the American People to the Trampling of the Bill of Rights by the Executive Branch of our Government. While some of these violations were committed by former presidents, the current climate is to accelerate the weakening of the Bill of Rights
1) No decree or executive order that bypasses Congress, such as Signing Statements,New regulations,EPA etc...
2) Taking of anyones liberty and pursuit there of without due process, The detention of ANY American with out trial and a repeal of the NDAA provision that allows it.
3) Now extra-judicial killings of American Citizens without trial.
4) A commitment of all executive agencies to renew a respect of the 4th Amendment, against Illegal searches and siezures
5) Gun restrictions to be passed by Congress.
