Follow the constitution and acknowledge the US Congress as the highest authority, not the UN or NATO.

The United States answers to no other entity. Not the UN, not NATO, not anyone. In order for the President of the United States to use the actve-duty military in any war, pre-emptive action, or other-wise, he must first obtain Congressional approval in adherence with the US Constitution. There is no other means in which the president can bypass Congress in this regard. This country does not belong to any new world order, nor do we want to belong to one and there is no international group that has jurisdiction over this country, its territory or its people. Any attempts at usurping Congress or the Constitution should be considered a high crime and an impeachable offense.
