A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Describes what a militia consists of
We petition that anyone who registers to own a firearm in the United States of America, be automatically registered to be a member of the US Military Reserve or National Guard and to be ready for active service if called upon. They must also receive proper firearm training and completion exam from their local National Guard.
