I say we follow in the footsteps of India to protect our woman and children from rapist. I am not talking about statutory rape. I am talking about the disgusting acts of forcefully raping someone. We should make a punishment equal to the crime, we should chemically castrate all 100% proven rapist. No first chance, second chance situations, you rape; the government will then castrate. That way these people can continue living as normal citizens without the urge to go around raping woman and to not have the means to do so. This will insure the safety for future generations to come, we must protect our woman and children. Stuff like the Steubenville HS "Rape Squad" should not be aloud to happen again.
