Follow Italy's footsteps and strip churches of their property tax exemption

Created by A.M. on December 29, 2012

Below is a link to an article explaining how Italy has striped the Catholic Church of its property tax exemption. This move could increase Italy's revenue by up to 2 Billion Euros per year. Should the United States do the same, revenue could increase by up to 72 Billion Dollars. This would greatly improve the economy and would benefit the American Public. Churches can still operate at full capacity because they are only paying taxes on property, not revenue.
