Kennesaw, Georgia requires heads of households to own and maintain firearms to help discourage crime, but it is illegal to discharge (fire) them unless in defence of person or property. This bold move has reduced their crime rate to almost none. Seems to me they have the solution to our gun problem. Let's work on getting this done nationally.
