During his presidential campaign in 2008 Obama promised financial aid that would pay for college students to further their education. Since then tuition costs have only gone up, books cost a ridiculous amount of money, and when you go to return them bookstores chop you off at the knees.
This is both unacceptable and a failure of the Obama administration. This needs to be fixed, preferably soon.
