Food and Drug Administration purposed regulations on electronic cigarettes.

Created by F.D. on April 27, 2014

We, the consumers of electronic cigarettes, have a few concerns in regards to the FDA legislation recently released for review. We would like to start by stating that we have no argument in regards to such practices as proper labeling, age restrictions, child proof packaging, etc. for the juice used within electronic cigarette tanks. However, we do issues regarding the requirements for testing such juice. Testing each individual bottle of juice or even each batch is above and beyond protecting the consumer of the product border-lining eradicating the practice in its entirety. Would it not be cheaper as well as time effective to have the manufactures of the ingredients send in samples for testing? Also, we would like to see previously created Mod's grandfathered into this legislation.
