Food Industry Drug Testing for Employees

I believe it is important and probaby crutial that the people cooking and serving in the places we eat out at undergo regular or random drug testing several times a year. I myself have worked in fast food places and restaurants and can say from experience that I have NEVER been drug tested during employment or even when being hired. The importance if someone accidentally getting the wrong food order or the food being prepared wrong can be a life threatening issue and can very easily happen if the employees are mentally altered while at work or even "sobering up" while at work. Either way, they aren't functioning correctly and could easily give the wrong food to someone, and what if that someone has a major food allergy. Every food industry worker should be drug tested!
