Food Stamps: Put a CAP on the amount a household can receive. No more having more kids for more Food Stamps!

Please set a CAP on the amount of SNAP (Food Stamp) assistance a household can receive. We complain that we are spending too much for public assistance, when we are, as a country, enabling people to be able to live off of the system. When people go to purchase a home or a vehicle, they are asked if they receive any form of public assistance(the firms will probable deny this, but I have seen it personally). It is considered income for how they will be able to meet their obligations. People continue to have more children when they are already receiving snap! If you can't feed the children you alread have, why have more? People who do not receive assistance are not given more money in their paychecks just because they have more kids. Please consider the benefits of setting a cap on snap.
