Forbid any Federal employee from using the phrase "Human Rights violations" about other countries since the USA tortures

Since the USA allowed torture and will not prosecute those who committed those violations of Human Rights then for the sake of not further compounding our hypocrisy no one from the Executive Branch or any of it's departments (ie Department of State) should be criticize any other country for Human Rights violations.
