This petition is to forbid the distribution of federal funds of any kind (including disaster aid and the use of FEMA) to states whose legislators or governors refuse to implement the Affordable Care Act in its entirety. States that refuse to allow its residents to receive the benefit of the ACA, should not be rewarded with federal funding in any other area. Residents of those states will still be required to pay federal taxes, as normal.
