Forbid Businesses to use Credit Reports and Credit Agencies to determine whether or not a person can get a job with them

I find it very hard when their are jobs out their but if a person has bad credit companies are using credit reports and credit reporting agencies to determine hiring of employees. Bad credit should not be a reason to deny someone a job.
