Forbid entrance of any Ukrainian police, army or special service officer or their family members to the USA.

In the night from Nov 29 to Nov 30 2013 unknown men equipped like Special Police Forces have fiercely beaten peaceful protesters in the city center of Kyiv - the capital of Ukraine. There was absolutely no need in violence, because it had been a peaceful demonstration aimed to support peaceful integration of Ukraine into the EU. In order to stimulate Ukrainian regulatory bodies to find out who did it and punish them, the people of Ukraine need assistance of the White House. We call to forbid the entrance to the USA for Ukrainian Police, Army or Special Service officers of any level; judicial, regional and state administration officers and all their family members (children, parents, grandchildren) untill all the responsible persons will be handed over to the International Criminal Court.
