Forbid mandatory binding arbitration in consumer contracts

Mandatory binding arbitration is creeping into consumer contracts and employment agreements at a alarming rate. This needs to stop. Companies doing business with consumers need to be held accountable for their misdeeds. Employers also need to be held accountable in the same manner. Mandatory binding arbitration severely limits the avenues of recourse that a consumer or employee has against a corporation, or employer.
