Rouson feels that the sale of "bongs" is destructive to society in Florida and feels (based on his former drug addiction) that it is best for the state to outlaw all glass smoking pipes, because they are accessories to drug abuse. This law will have a substantial negative impact on the owners of tobacco stores, as they make substantial profit off the sale of glass pieces but will be forced to suffer at the hands of the state government because consumers do not follow the intended use of the items, which is for tobacco inhalation. Please do not allow this bill to pass, as it will infringe on Florida's right to purchase glass and will only hurt the economy.
