Vietnam has been oppressing people protests to express different political, religious views through systematic, cruel, ruthless, and hidden measures via police force disguised as gangsters.
People express opinions on critical matters such as China HD-981 oil rig, political reform, corruptions within high level government, land confiscations ... face with dirty tricks from governments such as interrogated by local police, attacked by gangsters, confined to own homes, false accusations and totally unfair trials of many ridiculous "crimes", and subsequently, confined to prisons.
Vietnam's military force is not on the people side. It protects the Communist Party interest only. It always vows to maintain loyal subordination with China, and willing to attack its people if required.
