persuade/tell the Academy Awards to create a "Best Cameo Award". This would judged on how well they were integrated into the movie and their acting skills. qualifications would include; they must be part of the founding creators/director/actor (actress) of the main or secondary character, is the director/writer,must be a minor character with 3 to 8 lines of dialogue with or to the main or secondary character, a movie is disqualified if there is more than 3 people making a cameo, a person or persons is disqualified if they are a professional actor with exception to those who were the original actor/actress of the main or secondary character, a person playing themselves whom has no significant relation to the movie/series is not considered a cameo.
