Force Airlines to make standard seats larger or charge larger people for two seats.

Persons who cannot fit in a standard airline seat should be required by law to either upgrade to a larger seat or purchase an additional seat. If it is found that current airline seats are to small to accommodate the majority of American citizens then new minimum seat size requirements must be implemented.
