The real world is obviously too dangerous for us peasants. Please force us all to submit to being placed in a state of virtual conciousness.
The benefits are tremendous:
You can save money on agriculture by only feeding the people pod goo. No need for the FDA.
Cheaper health care. Can't hurt ourselves.
Crime will be eliminated. Much better than gun control.
Unemployemnt won't matter since we're all in pods. Can send every job to China.
You can harness human body energy to make electricity!
It will be a wonderful utopia of virtual sunshine and lollypops where nothing bad ever happens.
Or maybe you can just acknowledge that the world is a dangerous place and let the American people take some responsibility for their own safety and for the safety of their families and neighbors.
