force all employees of the house and senate to take a mandatory pay cut,change the way raises and benefits are issued!!

both congress and house representatives are giving them selves big wage increases while the government gets further in debt. This is greed. And unacceptable.. I Believe We the people should garnish these wages and create a system to issue any raises based on accomplishment, and hard work.
