Force all government employees, including Congress, to be under the same health care coverage as the general population

All federal and state government employees will be covered with the same health care program (commonly known as "Obama-care") as the general public. There will be no exemptions or separate programs or sub-programs for any branch of government or department of government.
The coverage in the health program for government employees, contractors and elected representatives will be identical to the coverage offered the general public. There will be no amendments offering special privileges or benefits to government employees, contractors, elected representatives, or associated parties
