force all people in the United States of America to cease and desist the use of any and all remote electronic weapons

I am starting this petition to end the use of any and all microwave radiation pulse weapons and any and all electromagnetic pulse weapons on unknowing civillians in the United States of America including but not limited to also the use of remote neural monitoring. There are people including me who are being physically and mentally tortured in the United States of America with said remote electronic weapons. We The People of the United States of America would like to make it a Felony in the 3rd third degree to carry and/or use these said remote electronic weapons.
