Force all people who apply for government aid of any kind to submit to and pass a drug test before approval.

A major issue facing the united states is drug abuse.
Therefore I petition the government to istitute and inforce strict policies reguarding the aid given to the people filing for food stamps and financial aid. If assistance is needed to provide for a household then a simple drug test to ensure we are helping those who truly need the help is not to much to ask for.
