The people of the United States of America want to be able to purchase any weapon they desire without being monitored my the government. It is our Second Amendment right to bear arms, and the People should be able to exercise that right without unnecessary government intervention. The citizens will most likely never be able to purchase unregistered automatic weapons, but we ask the basic right to purchase "assault weapons" as defined in the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act, H.R. 3355, Pub.L. 103-322 of 1994 enacted by Bill Clinton, in any state in our United States. The federal government should force its states to allow the purchase of "assault weapons". Some states, namely California and New Jersey, infringe on our Second Amendment right and that needs to be stopped.
