force all states to allow students in good standings extended unemployment benefits.

Created by C.C. on December 17, 2012

As most know many of the people loosing their jobs are going back to school on a full time basis in order to find new employment opportunities. These people no longer wish to be financially dependent on the system. Unfortunately, in order to receive unemployment benefits and continue schooling you have to be open to work a 9-5 job and have a major in a high demand job market. So now the government is regulating what we can go to school for, telling us the only full time jobs offered are between the hours of 9-5 and preventing us from being able to help the economy by no longer being financially dependent on it? There is no reason that someone in good standings, who has no criminal record, and pays their taxes should be forced to quit their schooling in order to remain on unemployment
