Force all states to hold OPEN primarys and caucuses, as to allow the majority of Americans to be heard.

42% of Americans are not affiliated with the Republican or the Democratic party. This means that a large percentage of Americans are unheard at primaries and caucuses in most states. This can change if these events become open or if the parties allow independent voters in. It should be held unconstitutional to withhold any American from being apart of the political process.
