All States that are in debt should take personal responsibility to fix their own budget without the help of debt free States. The National debt is not the fault of debt free States therefore these States should be allowed to secede peacefully.
Debt free States whose Senators and House of Representatives voted against the issues that caused the National debt should not owe anything when they peacefully secede.
