Force all states to recognize CCW licenses from other states.

Created by J.L. on June 29, 2015

In a recent ruling by the Supreme Court, Obergefell v. Hodges, the court found that states MUST recognize marriage licenses from other states.

"(1)The fundamental liberties protected by the Fourteenth Amendment’s Due Process Clause extend to certain personal choices central to individual dignity and autonomy".

This passage should equally apply to the right to keep and bear arms. Bearing arms is a personal choice that is very central to a person's autonomy. The ability to defend ones self no matter where you are allows someone to NOT be dependent on the response time of local law enforcement. "the Court has long held the right to marry is protected by the Constitution". The right to keep and bear arms is likewise protected and CCW licenses should be valid no matter where you are.
