Force any and all Businesses,in business,out of business,or bought by other businesses to repay all "Bailout Money"

I believe that any bank, in business,out,bought out,or absorbed, and the Big Three Car Companies in Business,out,bought out or absorbed, or any business that received any Bailout Money showing profit or not should be forced to start repaying the Money borrowed from Tax Payers that helped create the National Debt to quote "Bail them out". This Money was not the Governments to give away, nor have they asked for it back even though many businesses are showing a profit, and the National debt is growing. Many businesses took the money only to take "Golden Parachutes" of millions of dollars to only resign or close their doors. This should be a considered a criminal act and any and all businesses in or out of business should be held responsible and pay back the Tax Payers Money.
