Tom Cotton has repeatedly shown utter contempt and disregard for operating within the confines of US Law, and has engaged in overtly public grandstanding and anti-US behavior that undermines the strength of our great country solely for the purpose of his own political aspirations. He has consistently chosen destructive tactics over constructive cooperation at the expense of his constituents in the state of Arkansas the United States public as a whole.
