With the homeless population, and the sky rocketing rate of harder then meth drug users, family's or disabled who live in rural towns at the least, should be allowed to occupy and sustain permeant ownership through payments if needed, regardless of credit score, if proven to have bettered the neighborhood having lived there. By forcing banks to recognising qualifying squatters as clients, and allowing for the tenants to pay an income based monthly, on Homes that have been previously abandoned, we could ensure better lives for our children, happier less stress environments, and safe havens to call home for disabled people.
