force the banks to show written proof that they have standing to foreclose on a property.

With so many people becoming the victim of mortgage fraud and being foreclosed on,due partly in fact to the MERS corp. and robo-signers,the Government needs to step in and put a halt to this fraudulent scheme.The banks,pretender-lenders,servicers,investors,or whatever else they call themselves these days should be required to show written proof in court that they actually hold standing to foreclose on a property,and if they cannot provide that proof,then they should not be allowed to go foward on foreclosure.Also,on the verified answer to the complaint,it should explain that if you check the box that reads,"general denial",that you are actually giving up your rights to litigate your foreclosure case.Too many people are losing their homes to banks that can't even prove they own the loan.
