force bipartisanship in Congress by instating a Conclave with Congressional Immolations if no decision is reached.

Created by B.P. on March 15, 2013

It's time for Congressional Reform due to a lack of decision, bipartianship, and activity. We, the citizens and residents, of the United States suffer the consequences. I was inspired by the recent Papal Conclave. When people are forced to work together because they are unable to leave, COMPROMISES occur. These compromises would greatly benefit American policy. In addition to locking them together, their electronic devices should be JAMMED to encourage verbal discussions. Furthermore, in the event that a decision has not been reached within a prescribed time period, much in the same fashion as the Catholic Cardinals, a Congress-person should be lit on fire. The threat and execution of IMMOLATION should be sufficient to encourage bipartisanship in addition to the Conclave.
