Force both the house and senate to look into their own pension and income before demanding cuts to government employees.

With every "fiscal cliff" scare or debt ceiling debacle, government employees are the first to be mentioned by most politicians. These crooks fail to look at the fact that, even though the people they threaten are government employees, they still have to have the same things as every other citizen in the nation. Having lived with a pay freeze for 3 years while prices of every necessity have risen, we have had to tighten our straps to the point of cutting off the circulation and we are even more in need of the government to give us a break and look into other avenues to balance the budget they have inflated with their pensions, healthcare, salary and covered travel due to their refusal to stay in D.C., not to mention their special interests related to the lobbyists in their pockets.
