Seeing as a lot of corporations take advantage of public utilities and transportation methods and seeing as there is a record amount of business equity currently and seeing as corporations have a dim view of increased taxes it should be mandated that these entities be forced to invest in the upkeep and modernization of said utility and transport infrastructure
