Force Companies to "Sell and promote American Products equally as to/or for foreign products of same likeness"

Force companies like Sears to give equal advertising and promotion to products that are the same as foreign products that they sell. Americans deserve a chance to buy American products at a fair price and to be alerted to their existence if the company in question has a right to sell such products. This is Clearly the only way to have fair trade.
