Confirmation.com would be a great resource for confirming companies' financial accounts with various financial institutions. However, it rarely works and often gets denied based on semantics of the different institutions. The website should be forced to attempt to rectify these situations with the banks/financial institutions that use it, thereby increasing efficiency in third-party verification done by the assurance services of public accounting firms worldwide.
