Congressional Reform
Congress shall not collect pensions. Members of Congress will only receive pay while they are in office. Congress shall participate in Social Security, and all of the funds in the Congressional retirement fund need to be added to the Social Security system. Congress will no longer vote a pay raise and the pay rate shall be changed to be equal with the United States Army Sergeant rate of E-5 with dependents. Congress will participate in the same exact health care system as the American people.
