force Congress and the President to work seven days a week until they can come to an agreement on the budget.

Congress should be working day and night trying to pass a budget. The lack of effort and passing of blame on the part of Congress is going to put a severe straign on the American people while Congressional leaders continue to get paid. I believe that if the American people are forced to feel the pain due to their lack of effort that Congress should be forced to work until they can actually do their job.
