Force Congress to be in session for 5-day work weeks of 8 hours for at least 45 weeks per year.

Created by M.S. on August 05, 2014

Given the exorbitant amount of money we pay Congress members, it is reasonable to expect Congress to be in session for a minimum of 45 weeks per year with a full 5-day work week consisting of 8 hours per day. Congress members that cannot be in Washington D.C. performing their duties shall not be paid the pro-rated salary for any time missed.
