Force Congress to come up with a legitimate long-term plan which balances the budget in under 20 years, by the end of 2013.
Not doing so will lower their pay to minimum wage and force them to pay the equivalent of their healthcare premiums. All lost income and paid heath care premiums should go directly to the debt.
Their incomes can not rise until a long-term solution is reached, without raising the debt ceiling.
We need Congress to work again and hitting them where it hurts most will help get the job done...
