President Obama, force Congress to work together to make decisions. Do not allow them to take a recess in August until they have resolved at least 50% of the issues they are currently working on. Give them timelines that must be adhered to on every issue, or do not allow them to use government funds to go home on weekends. We have an inept, unmoveable group of politicians who will not do anything because they are not receiving enough pressure to force them to pass legislation.
