The petty differences between parties in this country is discraceful. How are we supposed to be upset with citizens wanting to succeed when the red/blue fight starts at the top.
We need to set aside petty differences, put in the hours and find a way to continue the tax breaks for working families in this country.
Too many people in this country are working long hours for pennies compared to congressional salaries. When these folks drop the ball they are required to work late to fix it. Congress should be no different. It won't kill our elected officials to put in some overtime to identity a solution that is best for the country rather than political interests. They are after all here to serve the people despite what they might currently believe.
