Proposed Amendments to the U.S. Constitution:

1. Repeal the 27th Amendment and require the passage of the next annual federal budget to release the salaries for Members of Congress.

2 Limit consecutive terms for Congress; 3 for members of the House and 2 for Senate.

3. Prohibit Members of Congress from receiving direct or indirect financial benefit from any private company or public institution which financially benefited from a law passed or rejected during that Member’s terms of service; unless that benefit was established prior to the beginning of the Congress Member’s service and/or is comparable to the Congress Member’s departing federal salary and/or 10 years has passed since the end of the Member’s last term.
